Vitrum Terms & Conditions

  1. Ordering
    Products may be ordered by e-mail, telephone, post or in person. Telephone orders should be confirmed in writing to avoid discrepancies.
  2. Payment
    A 50% deposit is payable on order. All payment on pro forma invoice in advance or on delivery unless with prior agreement. Please make cheques payable to ‘Lydia Yung’.
  3. Packing and carriage charge
    Carriage and packaging will be charged on all orders and on orders outside the UK mainland.
  4. Retention of title
    In so far as any money whatsoever is outstanding to Vitrum Glass Designs, any goods supplied will remain property of Vitrum Glass Designs, and must be identified as such, until payment is made in full.
  5. Claims
    Any claim for faulty or damaged goods must be notified on collection or within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Guarantee
    Vitrum Glass Designs gives no additional guarantee on any product other than the guarantee issued by the manufacturer.
  7. Prices
    Prices may change without notice. Customers will be notified of changes when placing an order.
  8. Safety
    All goods supplied by Vitrum Glass Designs are sold on the understanding that the purchaser will use them in accordance with relevant safety standards.
  9. Variations
    Due to the manufacturing process, the colours of glass may vary from sheet to sheet. Vitrum Glass Designs cannot be held responsible for differences in colour or shade when trying to match samples from previous orders.

Vitrum Glass Designs does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
  8. Vitrum Glass Design takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet Sites.
  9. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  10. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
